This Policy Minds Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to your access and use of all technology, public services, and other offerings provided or made available by GODITSME.COM or its affiliates (“Policy Minds”) (collectively referred to as the “public services”). In the event of a conflict between this Policy and an express written agreement between you and Policy Minds, the terms of the express written agreement will be controlled.
Your violation of this Policy could result in action against your account, including suspension or termination. The public services are not intended for high-risk uses that could result in death or serious bodily injury or catastrophic damage, such as through warfare or the operation of critical infrastructure.
Policy Minds may change, modify, or supplement this Policy at any time by amending this Policy, and such changes will be effective upon posting. Please refer to the Last Updated date above to learn when this Policy was last updated.
Use Restrictions
You may not access or use the public services:
- In a manner that violates any applicable laws, including federal, state, local, or international laws, regulations, and orders.
- In a manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- For automated decision-making with legal or significant effects without human oversight, where the final decision is made by a human and other factors are considered beyond the public services' recommendations.
- As part of an automated decision-making process related to payday lending, even if a human makes the final decision.
- To generate advice typically offered by licensed professionals (e.g., financial, legal, or medical advice) unless the public services only support licensed professionals without generating individualized recommendations.
- For predicting protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, political opinions, gender, health status, or other sensitive data points.
- To analyze biometric data or create biometric identifiers, including face prints or fingerprint analysis.
- For coordinated inauthentic behavior intended to manipulate public debate or opinion.
- To create or distribute synthetic digital media (e.g., deepfakes) that misrepresent the truth or present false information as authentic.
- To engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
- For purposes involving child sexual exploitation or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- To develop, market, or distribute weapons, weapon accessories, or explosives as outlined in the United States Munitions List.
- For political campaign activities targeted at external audiences without consent.
- To harvest data or collect user information systematically from the public services.
- To download or store content or data systematically from the public services for unauthorized use.
- To engage in activity that is:
- Threatening, harassing, or hateful, failing to respect the rights and dignity of others.
- Defamatory, fraudulent, or tortious, including impersonation or misleading marketing.
- Obscene or offensive, including pornographic or indecent content.
- To attempt or assist others in any of the prohibited activities above.
Content Restrictions
In connection with the public services, you may not post, transmit, or make available any materials that:
- Contain viruses, spyware, or other malicious software intended to damage or hijack operations.
- Promote illegal activities or provide instructions for illegal activities.
- Are threatening, harassing, or discriminatory, including but not limited to content that is discriminatory on the basis of race, religion, gender, or age.
- Are defamatory or libelous.
- Are obscene, offensive, or inappropriate for public viewing.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the source of your content.
- Impersonate others or give the impression that content is endorsed by Policy Minds or other entities when it is not.
Intellectual Property and Usage
You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the public services without express prior written consent from Policy Minds.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the public services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the public services, including source code and models, except where explicitly allowed by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the public services, including through hacking or defacing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the public services, including databases or networks.
- Represent any AI-generated output as human-generated without clear attribution.
- Use outputs to develop competing models without authorization.
- Frame or mirror any portion of the public services into other platforms or websites without consent.
